- Hope Multipurpose St. Anthony Park resident, Beatrice Garubanda, started the Blue House, an AIDS orphanage in her home country of Uganda. When she died suddenly in 2005, her church, family and friends continued the project as her legacy. Give a gift donation to the Blue House to someone who doesn't need more stuff.

- The Mother Bear Project Give a gift of love in the form of a hand-knit or crocheted bear.
The project is dedicated to providing comfort and hope to children affected by HIV/AIDS in emerging nations, based in Minneapolis. You can volunteer to knit, too!
